About Us

Ms. Khadijah A. Ba created Der Mond Oil and Gas FZE in 2015, which became Der Mond Energies Middle East FZ LLC in 2022.

Established in the United Arab Emirates, Der Mond Energies is involved in the full channel of the Energy sector from upstream to downstream with a primary focus revolving around trading & sales of energy productions, logistics & operations. Our main customers are governments and refineries.

We are dedicated to expanding into renewable energies as part of our commitment to climate change, the Energy transition and sustainability efforts.

Our business extends to the Gulf, the Asian Pacific Region, Africa, lately North America.

Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct acts as a central reference point for us and our business partners in meeting the highest standards of business ethics and mutual reliance.

All branches and representative offices’ decisions shall only be taken by Der Mond Energies’s Board of Directors chaired by Ms. Khadijah A. Ba.

Any contractual agreement including any project financing, financial transactions concluded between Der Mond Energies, its associated businesses and third parties should always be countersigned by the Owner and Executive Chairman, Ms. Khadijah A. Ba and bear the official stamp in order to be valid.

Any of the above transactions lacking these compulsory components will be considered void and null.
